Aion Problems

Ok my tests are not complete but i need advice.

I play aion since beta and in the Beta i had 0 problems at all, now with the real game i got some problems but its random.

My problem is if there is tooo many people near me game will crash. In Pandaemonium i crash 2-3 times and now that i arrived in morheim i crash also and it's getting annoying.

MY PC:

Intel Core I7 2.6gig
6gig of ram
Radeon 4890HD
Windows 7 64 bits RC.
(i run in 1680X1050)

As you can see i have a strong enough PC.

I tried different Drivers for my Card and it still crashes.

My new test is to put all the graphics down in game, ( i will see tomorrow how it does)

But if it work i can't stay like that always.

So i'm kinda biased here.

There's -tons- of people having problems with Aion + ATI. Turning down textures to the lowest works for some people, not for others. idk what changed from beta to live, but it's affecting lots.

not sure if you're willing to try, but so far, I've only seen reports of crashes from people using vista or 7, not xp. I might've missed those though. I know people say it's dumb to dual boot xp JUST to play a game, but do what you gotta do :D

Can't say I've had any graphical problems, but my computer did a cold reboot once when I was logging out.

well with the Private shop nerf i might crash less since alot of people will be out

Some people had success in using shift+12 to temporarily remove other chars from the screen while in town.

well i upgraded to catalyst 9.9 and now it seems fine
