Top X games for Xbox360!

Ok i just recently got a Xbox and my friend is going to .... play with it.... I'm looking for the Top X list of game for Xbox so i can .... obtain a backup for my already owned version of it..

Yeah i got a xbox and im getting it modded, what games should i download right off the start? I currently have Forza 2 from a friend (real copy) because he doesn't like racing games and he got it for free. I am downloading Batman, RE5 right now but just looking for a list of games I should download right off the start.

So, give me your Top 10 or 20 games of all time for Xbox!

for as much as /v/ doesn't actually enjoy or play video games, i have to admit the only games i own just so happen to be on that list, save Star Ocean 4 which I thought was a really fun game (not good, horrible voice acting and the storyline a kindergartener could have created, but really really fun; mute button suggested)

I'll admit I have no XBLA games atm, but there's a few coming out I'm keeping a close eye on, one is a remake of an old shooter....the name is lost on me but i think kotaku did an article on it recently

Dead Space - Highly recommended

Fable II - decent game, fun to play if you download it, just wasn't worth the 60€ i paid for it.

Gears of War I + II - Multiplayer has its flaws (or used to have, haven't played in quite a while) but singleplayer/coop-campaign was fun

Fallout III - great to kill hours and hours of time

GTA IV - fun to play for a while as well...

Lost Odyssey - if you like the final fantasy series, you should enjoy this a lot

Fallout 3, Left 4 Dead and Lost Odyssey are easily the best games on the 360, in my opinion. I've spent more time on these three games than I'd like to admit, Fallout 3 moreso than the rest.

Infinite Undiscovery is decent, Mass Effect, Chronicles of Riddick, Star Ocean 4 has great gameplay, Last Remnant.

I'll add my 1 to that number. 3 complete playthroughs, one quick playthrough (on Insane), a couple of partway runs (just to finish up achievements), and all DLC completed.
