FFXI Config Crashes

Hey guys its seems SE its a stupid incompentents, and even read there own Tech support mails.

I just installed FFXI in my lap, running Win 7 pro x64, I havent hit the update on POL nor FFXI, but when I tried to run the FFXI Config, it crashes. No idea why, if anyone could help me it would be really appriciated.

I already send a mail to lolSE via there Support Center, and answered with an email everything realated that configures INSIDE the FFXI config... I answered it telling them that if they knew how to read, and told them what's my issue again, and best solution was use "Check File"... Yea SE phails, now I dont see the live chat they had, that helped alot too.

Go into the game first then log out and use it.

The registry values aren't saved until you load up the game for the first time, and because of this the ffxiconfig tool crashes.

Guess you haven't played too long to know you can't load config while in-game.

Its obvious that you cant access any config file when you are using it.

But thanks JigglyJam, that never occure to me, I'll do that.
