Lotus Notes help (meeting invitations)

I really hope one of you guys can help me here.

I'm trying to research a problem where a user isn't receiving meeting invitations in Lotus Notes 6.5. I've been searching google for a while and try different key words but can't really find anything about specifically not receiving an invitation. The worst part is going to IBM's site and not being able to find anything on the issue.

I've checked the scheduling settings and nothing's there that should be keeping them from showing up. I think it is the client not receiving the messages at all. I wanted to try sending a meeting invitation from the user's client but was not able to today.

I would really appreciate any help or insight you guys could provide as I am not very familiar with Lotus Notes at all.

Check their spam filters, the rules can be really wonky in lotus. We had one instance of someone typing something sending something with "documentation" in the subject. It got filtered and sent to spam because of "documentation." Yes, the filters can be that stupid.

Might just have our Lotus Notes guy look into it if that doesn't work.

Did your administrator set them up with capability? Where I work we use Lotus Notes 7. Normally I have to give people access to meetings, because if not we would have chat rooms going nonstop here.

We're using 6.5, and as far as I know the meetings are just for like scheduled meetings in conference rooms or something along those lines. I talked with our Notes administrator and he's not sure why she isn't receiving them either. Another guy her suggested deleting her cache and replacing id file.
