I can't get Zilart to work

I've installed everything like twice now. All of the expansions are registered and work except for Zilart. When I start the game, it gives me a message that my expansion content is registered but not installed, even though I did install it. I lost my original FFXI discs from when the PC version was first released, so I downloaded a collection and installed Zilart and it still didn't work.

Did you try a file check?

And make sure rize of zilart is indeed installed (check the .exe on the CD). I never use Vanadiel Collection, but it might install both expansion independantly

A similar thing occurred for me when having to reinstall everything a few weeks ago and I ended up having to install each expansion manually. Trying to remember what the folder structure is on the install CD or what hints there as to what is what. Dx

Well I found my original Zilart disc and tried to install it, but it gives me the same issue. POL updates and it says it is registered but not installed.
