I beleive it was more of a play on the fact the man is sitting in a crowd of fans for the opposing team. The fact they happened to be Jamaican and therefore black could have been completely missed by people... who are stupid.

It reminds me of a guy in class at school who drew a super hero call Captain Thunder Thighs or something. He was overweight and had a bucket of chicken... and was black. Everyone was like, oh neat, good character design.. until we all realized, including the artist he had made him black. Even he decided to come up with something different afterwards.

On the fact of innocent stupidity. My church had a Kids Kommunity Klub, which was a youth group for kids 10-15. Trust me, my sister and I were the first to bring it to someone's attention when we saw it in the weekly bulletin.
