    Xbox 360 HDMI

    So I just bought a HDMI cable off Ebay and ever since I've put it on my xbox, it makes a weird noise when it starts up. The noise doesn't last long but it's rather odd. It might not be anything but I figured I'd ask to just confirm it. I just bought this xbox like 2 weeks ago too (MW2 one) so I hope that noise is normal.

    Does the noise still occur when you have the previous cable plugged in?

    Don't know and I can't test it because I left that cable at home since I bought the hdmi cable over break.

    Where exactly is the noise originating? The actual 360? Your sound system? The TV?
