Novell send message issue

I run novell netware 4.91 at work, and some users are having an issue with the send message utility, when they send a message it either doesn't go anywhere, or it goes to the wrong user. I changed out their PC recently so I'm assuming there's something configured wrong there, has anyone else seen this issue?

unrelated but at my old college the students had access to the send message ut due to the admin dept. being dumb as fuck. the nerds in my program found it but we ended up letting it slip to everyone else.

it was sweet because you could see a list of everyone logged in and send them any message you want. was awesome for trolling jockfags or asking your hommies if they wanted to get stoned.

novell... theres a name i havent heard of in a production model for a LONG time (since my backwards ass high school had it nearly 10 years ago) my idea for you, is to upgrade to active directory, or something that isnt dead

I don't know for newfoundland but in Quebec we used Novell for schools and Hospital only. And some of them is migrating to windows slowly
