[Unicorn] Shinto PST HNM/event linkshell looking for tanks, Mages

Shinto is a Unicorn shell currently looking for a few jobs to help us cover times when our foreign members aren't around. We're a low man shell in the sense that we have very few real players (often 5-6 at events), and most of us multibox. Our events include:

- Dynamis Xarcabard
- Limbus
- Sea
- HNM

And we'll be starting Salvage relatively soon.

What we're looking for:

To pre-empt the inevitable we do bot and generally expect you to as well. I'm not saying this to flaunt it, but as Isladar pointed out in another thread some people might not feel comfortable being in a botting linkshell or being asked to bot. Members must also be willing to use Ventrilo, at least to listen to instructions.

With that out of the way, the roles we are looking is really any member that has multiple jobs that includes having atleast one mage job.


Lotting:

With the exception of Dynamis, we work on a divine choice lotting system, ie: the /point system. We feel this system works pretty well because of our low numbers. All you have to do is ask to be put onto the list for an item and you'll work your way up to lotting it eventually. We do keep the list of who's in line for what available publicly, and bump people up to the "Cast Lots" section from the "Wanted" section accordingly.

Dynamis works on a comment-based system: You comment three drops based on priority and lot based on that.

Playtimes:

Generally we are looking for members that can play around the clock (atleast 6+ hours playtime) due to HNM falling in the JP times.

Just another note, Dynamis and Limbus with us are entirely optional if you're only interested in HNM. :3 It won't be held against your position on HNM drops.

Edit: Additionally, we don't maintain an LS bank. Gil from selling abjurations or other items (such as Black Belt items) is split on the spot based on how many actual people are in attendance.

Thanks Dela! I got a Pimp Hat v2 +1 to match yours now (well, on Sunday), hehe. X3 And sorry to rebump but since we're hovering near the top anyway, we picked up a couple of tanks to cover our normal trouble areas and are primarily looking for mages (preferably BLMs and SCHs but RDM, WHM, BRD are welcome as well) and melee now.
And of course we don't mind more tanks.

We've also added Dynamis - Valkurm to our events, we had some pretty good success with our first run and hope to get some more desired accessories and +1 hats.

lol Missed my heca legs again lol... But all is good. Back with Dryroots keeping me super busy. I do miss tanking kinda, sad to pushed back to a support rdm
but when you in a ls with Yarko every other tank is a back up. Glad to hear you guys deside to keep the ls going. pS just remeber if u get a Dring i am coming to lot it hahaha

Bump! Still looking for mage jobs. We have filled our tank positions so now just looking for any support jobs.

Also want to update that we no longer can provide the use of our bot program,but we still encourage any tool a member uses.
