that chart is one sided.
Least 13 has jobs rather than sticking it all in one, which is what the paradigms are for and you can control them, they are not suggestions. The movement shit is gay, I will admit that and that you cant change chara in battle but the system would be broken if you could. There is no mp in 13 unlike 12, and the AI works fine beside medic. Avatars are useful in this one. 13's story/voice acting is the best, I still don't understand 12.
