I am used to not spamming new LoL threads, so what is worthy of a new thread?

I assume new champs, VU's, major LCS new items, but should we have like an advice/how do I play X champ thread?

I'm not familiar with what was proposed to Sonomaa but I think if you can imagine something that goes over 10 posts in a thread it is worthy for another thread.

I'm fine with whatever makes sense. If it looks like there's too many random threads about shit I can clean it up and merge stuff around. No penalties or hits while we try to imagine up this stuff. For now I say start with the major points of discussion and we can split off from there.
