I don't see it factoring into my choice since it'd be bottom half either way, either you get a woman talking or a weiner as your alternate

I'd go top half. I have seen some decent women in wheelchairs that are missing their legs but I have never seen a good locking woman in a wheelchair missing everything from abs up.
