"load pages" as in your browser? Sure it's not your connection?

Anyway, I like CCleaner for cleaning crap

Why are you using 3 sticks of ram on an AM3 motherboard which only accepts dual channel memory? Either add 1 stick or subtract 1 stick and run it in dual channel which would be 2 sticks in the same colored slots. I think this might play a role in your problem.

Could be 2 + 2 + 1 + 1! (though in no way recommended) But yeah, just grab another stick of ram, I'm sure he probably bought a tri-channel set, which is why he has 3.

It shouldn't be, unless he has one bad stick. Popular to contrary belief, the performance gain from dual channel isn't all that significant.
