Relics Linkshell is a new linkshell on the Leviathan Server. Currently a small group of members originally from Remora we are an experienced group looking to expand our membership to participate in other events.

Currently, our membership is comprised of experienced players with multiple jobs at 75 as well as all above average gear. Relics is dedicated to furthering our members pursuit of gear, as well as using a system that allows our members to earn gil if that is the preference.
Our events are all EST (generally starting between 7-8pm) and do/will include:
Dynamis
Einherjar
ZNM
VNM
SCNM
Limbus
Salvage
KSNM99

We understand that most people have a real life and that takes great priority. We ask you participate when you are on and all events when you are on are mandatory attendance. We use a DKP system that has proven to be very fair and balanced Basically, you get what you put in.

Since I was asked a few times, here are some answers to common questions:

1) We are not only looking for people that insanely geared, we are looking for people interested in working as a team. Our current members generally have top tier gear, but that is not a necessity.

2) We are looking to recruit about 10-12 total new members which would put us around 25-30 members.

3) Our events are about 7pm est, you should be able to attend around 50% of the time.

4) We are always open to mobs such as Tiamat, Ixion and Sandworm, but we have no plans to camp kings. Also, our scheduled events take priority over camps.

Your linkshell looks great and PLEASE don't take this the wrong way but rumors are already circulating that you are letting... shall we say "less then desirable" members into your linkshell (Kiana for instance) I am in no way trying to flame, I am just trying to warn you I guess.

Also; I hear you have a policy that once members join they have to drop their other linkshells? One of your members told me this. Seems like a weird policy to me? Maybe that's just me I guess.

it's called an endgame linkshell, people that have 95 social linkshells and like to constantly start conversations in shout probably aren't the people that should be in a good endgame LS

Maybe it's just me but it seems like; ok for example lets say someone has another Dynamis only shell.

That means that they won't be taking gear from their other (main) linkshells Dynamis group? Does that make sense?

Like say they are going after RDM hat. Well if they *don't* get it with their main group but with their other Dynamis only shell, then that's one more RDM hat for the main LS.

Stil, in my personal opinion, someone should have the choice, especially if they have already been with a single-event lnkshell. Be it Dynamis or limbus etc.

Sometimes people enjoying doing that single event with friends etc. And saying "you must drop all your linkshells" forces them to choose between branching out and doing other events and losing friends, or keeping friends and losing the chance to branch out.

Again, this is just one guys humble opinion.

Technically; RDM hat is as rare (not rare?) as any other piece of AF2. My point had absolutely nothing to do with RDM hat. It was just an example. You can feel free to insert anything into that part that you like.

Actually, I was mocking the fact that your recruitment post brags about it as if it's a spectacular thing. Someone got a duelist's chapeau on their first xarc with my LS on wednesday, CoP accessories/etc freelot all the time, such are the benefits of having a small group that doesn't suck. I'm sure this doesn't matter to you though, your only interest is taking advantage of gimpshits to get free currency. I'm sorry that you have to choose between that and joining a shell so you can stop embarassing your mandau with garbage like bravo's subligar. It must be a terrible situation.

Yes of course. What I meant was, if someone joined the shell they should have the option of staying with their previous single event shell still. This is the way some LS's do it, anyway.

I realize it's a moot point since it is obviously up to the specific LS to set it's own rules of course. I was just trying to convey my own opinion.
