Has anyone seen this movie yet? I've seen a couple of reviews, and most of them have been relatively positive.

I saw it earlier today and I personally loved the movie. A couple things might seem over the top but overall it fits the story fine I thought. It's definitely not something we've seen in theaters before with such a main stream actor and producer. Don't go in expecting a gore fest of some rabid monster. It tells a story which I again thought was well done.

The first sex scene between the Clyde and Elsa is a pretty standard human-human sex scene, but the creature (Dren) watches while they have sex. So that's pretty creepy.

The second sex scene between Clyde and Dren is just fucking awkward as shit.

She bends her legs in weird ways and that turns Clyde on for some reason, and he fucks her full force while she spreads her reptilian wings (yeah she also has wings). Then Elsa walks in on them having sex. That part is really funny.


Towards the end of the movie Dren morphs into a male and rapes Elsa then kills Clyde.

Elsa becomes pregnant with Dren's baby.


He/She/It rips Elsa clothes off with its tail, then growls "Inside you" and proceeds to rape her full force while Elsa lays there helplessly and with a dead look on her face.

More fucked up than being a horror movie.

Is it just me or does the premise + ending kinda sound like Jay's line from Clerks 2?

Or maybe an astronaut. Yeah. Like, be the first motherfucker to see a new galaxy, or find a new alien lifeform... and fuck it. And people'd be like, "There he goes. Homeboy fucked a Martian once."

it looks incredibly cheesy from the trailers. and the suspense looks like its half ass, but i've heard NOTHING but good reviews on this movie too. i'll end up checking it out since a lot of ppl have been going about how good it is

it was pretty good. saw it yesterday. the script was interesting, and the acting was very convincing. they both played their roles as if it was who they were IRL which is a rare find nowadays lol. but the movie did a great job getting to their point that it almost made me hate scientists lol

This movie was trite, juvenile, and blah. I saw the directors first film the year it was released I was in community college at the time and I was really excited to see anything else he did. Maybe my expectations were too high but this movie was just heavy handed with its message.

Whatever happened to letting the viewers imagination fill in the blanks?

I thought it had some originality and was fairly surprised. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to see it at the theater but definitely a rent when it gets released.
