Failling Wal Mart assessment

I kinda need a job and applied there, and the application said I failed the assessment. I'm not sure if I should be sad that I failed something easy like that, or quit caring because its Wal Mart.

Just going to point something out here to give this guy the benefit of the doubt for some reason: Wal-Mart only hires people of low-to-mid intelligence, because they don't want someone smart to get in and make an attempt to unionize the workers or cause trouble in the ranks.

I applied for cart pushing, greeting, and cashier, and walking the floor in the departments I knew anything about. It was mostly agree/disagree questions, and for the most part I stayed away from the strongly answers. I'm guessing that's why because it seems like I don't give a shit, which is accurate.

My other job is Gamestop, so I figured Wal Mart would be a little nicer since I wouldn't get rated on how much extra shit I can sell to kids. I almost want to call it a step up.

Unless they have changed it in the past few years when I was doing jo jobs in HS for extra cash, the assessment is more of a psychological thing.

IE: Pick the option the friendly/good employee would pick. Even if you don't think the same way.

Essentially, you fail it if you answer too many of the questions in a negative manner to their company policy.

A lot of the assessment questions for department stores have similarly worded questions as well to check for inconsistencies. Pay attention to them and answer them like Ned Flanders would next time, and don't answer the same kind of question differently.
