Cryengine1.x is already pretty beastly, here's a screenshot from Aion without the GUI that I took.

When I compare those two pics, it's like PS1 vs. PS3 >_>.
They're models in a non-playable game environment, essentially 3D art. Not saying it doesn't look good, especially for what is seemingly amateur modding.. but its far from being a playable map or anything of the like. And while it's quite a busy fantasy scene, it's really nothing that exceeds even what the original Crysis was playable at.
I might be mistaken then, depending on what you mean. However from what he said in that post alone he only made it seem he wasn't going to use their particular map in the game. (As for Crysis... Maybe with mods. Maybe. Not the original though.)
That looks terrible, it's not even in 3-D. I can't even see the depth of field on the laundry.
Pretty cool though if that's roughly what we can expect out of the near future of gaming.
