I was wondering how the laws work for trannies. Are they still legally considered male? Do they suffer the same consequence using the girl's restroom as I would walking into a girl's bathroom? Even post-op, are they sent to a male prison? (I can see who the new shower bitch would be).

Also, what do you guys think? Should post-op hormone treated men who now have boobs and no peni be sent to male prision?

First off lol? And to address the second part, yes it's technically illegal to have sex with someone when you're HIV positive and hide it. I'm not sure if in NY there's any actual law on the books about it, but it wouldn't be hard for a DA to get creative on the charges.

Not true actually...

Many states don't require disclosure unless asked. Penalties exist for lying or hiding it at that point, but spontaneous disclosure isn't required.

Not really. For example, if I were to get arrested tonight, I could not just up and claim to be female and be placed with females. You may be right on the legal gender part, but "whatever you say it is" wont' cut it, either.
