Looking for the name of a 90's racing game

It came bundled with a Hewlett-Packard PC back in like 1995 or something. It was a outside the car view arcade style racing game that had FMV cutscenes between races with some creepy ass bald guy wearing shades and a suit talking to you. I seem to remember it having a pretty futuristic world it was based in with roads all through the sky with lots of tunnels etc. Also wanna say the game was somewhat dark story-wise, but been at least 15 years since I played it and I was pretty young then so hard to remember.

Unfortunately, I can't remember too much about the game aside from what I mentioned above. It was a pretty good game (at least back then >.>) so I hope someone can remind me what it was called. Can't seem to find the CD it was on anymore. It's a long shot I know, but maybe someone knows what I'm talking about! Thanks for your time. ^^/

As far as old pc games go, anyone remember that racing game called pod? it was pretty much ubisoft's answer to mario kart in the future, shit was pretty fun when the 3dfx voodoo 1 version came out.

I didn't think much of POD. Was too bland and glum with not much level variety. I remember the game demanding you had a processor with MMX capabilities. I wonder if it'll work on WinXP, will go find my CD. >.>


There's a 3D0 emulator called FreeD0, anyone tried it yet?
