    "Un-partition" my hard drive?

Is there any way I can do this? I got this Asus and the primary HD has 120 GBs while the other 380 are on a seperate partition. Thanks!

I did this forever ago with a program called PartitionMagic and it worked well. Apparently it doesn't work with Win7 or Vista, so that may not be an option for you.

    Check this for more info.

So you're saying you have two partitions and you just want one, correct? If it's Windows 7 (may work with previous versions), I believe you can use the Disk Management in Computer Management to delete the extra partition (will lose any data on it, so backup to primary) and extend the primary to use the rest of the available disk space.

I'm fairly sure that'd work, but just in case I'd wait for someone else to confirm.

Following up on this: In Vista (I'd guess 7 is similar), right click on Computer and go to manage, from there go to disk management and it should show a map of all your different partitions. Right click on each and you'll get some options. You'll want to delete whatever volume you're getting rid of and extend your main volume into that space. You shouldn't run into any problems extending into the free space, just be aware there can be a good deal of dicking around involved if you decide to shrink it for whatever reason later.

Partition Wizard 5 free works well.
