Pol Crashing

[Riskay]

I was on my main character Riskay zoning from Windy S to Meri S for a campain battle. While zoning Pol crashed giving me the error "Play Online has a problem and needs to close" I logged back in and tried to access Riskay and it said this same character is logged in. So I waited tried again and as it was downloading data it crashed again with the same error. I was able to log in my other characters on the same account with no problem and could see Riskay on in meri for a few minutes. I am not sure what is causing this and when I called SE they gave me some bs and I talked to two diff guys. First one said my router was blocking a report to Riskay which I don't believe cause it would block the whole account. Second guy said my character is stuck while zoning and I have to wait it out..... Can anyone help me please

Get on a mule, call a GM, ask them to warp your main.
