Maybe fix the pathing of Amphiptere since it likes to stray at the C.A., blm burn camps and Walk of Echoes zone?

- An issue wherein after talking to the NPC Joulet during the quest "Unbreak His Heart," one would lose the use of the menu items "Attack," "Magic," and "Abilities" has been addressed.

- The rewards from the quest "The Angling Armorer" have been adjusted.

- An issue wherein there were times one could set a bomb even if they did not take the offer for Campaign Ops "Slaughterhouse IV" in the following zones has been addressed.
- Beaucedine Glacier [S]
- Xarcabard [S]

Amphipteres are supposed to aggro everything, just a matter of where they fly and whether they get back up into the air after they're done killing you.

Guess not many ppl knew abt this exploit. appearntly there is a fishing&quest bug which allows you to make 4k-6k cruor /hr, but se just fixed it. I don't know the detail since i heard it from a jp frd, but ya.

Explains a lot, I saw someone run by in the full pink Noct set earlier and I was surprised people have it so soon. I'm also surprised that anyone would pay 1mil or more for a piece, as has been happening.
