Wanting to build a new gaming desktop...

I finally have the cash lying around to build a serious rig. Anyone know who will sell a custom barebone kit that I can sup up? Not looking at newegg or tigerdirect here unless someone knows of one hell of a kit.

Grapchis card optional, I know to get a strong one I'll have to buy separately.

It's highly advisable to build your own PC though. After you assemble your PC on one of those sites (there are more, those are just off the top of my head), I'd price each component separately on Newegg/TD and make sure to look at possible combo deals on Newegg to save you money without losing any performance. If you can find a pre-assembled PC for within 5% of the price that the bare components will cost (shipping included) then I would buy it. Otherwise, you will be much better off assembling it yourself, and will take much greater pride in it.

Combo deals saved me around $600 on my build. I'd definately recommend Newegg. Tigerdirect is decent but I have to pay taxes if I buy from them so I'd rather go with NE.
