Once a host is infected the virus is intracellular and can't be stopped - the only solution would be to completely destroy the marrow and transfuse with fresh blood to ensure that all possible infected cells were eliminated.

In short, this doesn't mean shit right now. It's one thing to do this in a lab, it's another completely when it's a human's working body. There are far more factors that come into play.

What you're talking about is an undetectable viral load where the virus exists only inside cells and tissues as HIV provirus, and is not present in the blood stream. There is no known cure yet for HIV. The closest thing is keeping it under control at undetectable levels.

And no, it doesn't invade organs. HIV only retrogrades certain lymphocytes and some other monocytic cells.
