[Lakshmi] Search and Destroy HNM LS Recruiting

Search and Destroy, active in killing HNMs since July 2004 on Lakshmi, is one of the longest continuously operating shells on the server. Our membership base is composed of an eclectic group of mostly English speaking players, with activities that stretch from traditional ground HNMs, sky gods, sea gods and Dynamis to ZNMs and Einherjar. One can review our linkshell member's gear and achievement on ffxiah and might notice that we are one of the highest rated linkshells across all servers.

Loot is distributed according to traditional DKP principals, where one’s activity is more important than their tenure. Monetary items are sold and the proceeds are split between sponsoring relic/mythic weapons and being returned to our members as a monthly stipend based on their contribution from that month.

An ideal applicant would have considerable end game experience, the corresponding equipment and an understanding of the time commitment expectations of a HNM shell. At this stage in the game, many of our applicants have multiple jobs leveled but we all must be cognizant that members will be required to attend on jobs that offer valued additions to the alliance. Being that an avatar can only operate as one job at a time, the ability to play a single job with skill and insight is more valued more then having a laundry list of possible jobs.

Repearled, still looking for end game calibur players with hnm experience. Looking for career mages of all types, melee only doubtful unless u geared out and plan on leveling a mage job of some type. We're the most active Hnm LS on lakshmi camping Hnm's 24/7 our base membership is NA, but we're always looking for Jp and Euro players to improve our around the clock domination of hnm's.
