My desktop runs FFXIV fine, but the framerate on my laptop sucks, and I was looking to buy a new one anyway since I'm not happy w/ my current one.

Need a minimum of 1920 x 1200 resolution, want a high framerate with ffxiv, and want it to work well for multi tasking (I often have 10+ programs open at once).

Any suggestions? Ty!

Edit: Creating new thread, because search brought up a few desktop threads, and a laptop thread w/ max budget of 1k. I'm looking for something higher end and don't mind paying over 2k if it gets the job done. And if anyone is wondering, I have a desktop that FFXIV runs great on, but I travel a lot for work and will be playing a bunch on a laptop as well.
