    help me tech support ffxiv

    i have intsalled and uninstalled 3 times now having to re dowload patch 2 times now trying to fix this issue. while creaing a character i can no visably see my character so i randomly picked apperance so i can see if i get into game if i would be able to see my character. after in game i still am unable to see my character or any npc's in the area, h owever i am able so see my characters name and npc's names and i am able to see my shadow. has anyone else delt with this issue or hear of anyone else with this issue and know a way to resolve it?

    what video card do you have? also there is a tech section
