We are currently looking for 10-12 solid members that play NA EU or JP times
Preffered to be Late NA or EU with atleast 8-10hrs Gameplay a day.
Must have well geared jobs 1-2 mages mainly BRD COR DNC RDM SCH for mages jobs

We currently have claimed and killed most of the HNMs since we have arrived on this server 2 and a half months ago most of our members are heavily geared and dont need
much gear but we are looking to get more members on our roster to improve our AV attempts that will soon me our main focus we do Kings Dyna Einhijar VNMs Abyssea NMs.

Super's event times are mainly going to be at GMT timezone, at usually 4-6PM GMT, give or take an hour. However, HNM times are based on their Time of Death so that's completely random, and depending on the HNM, if it interacts with out Event time we may or may not cancel the event and head to camp.

Finally.. This is a game, we're not trying to make it to seem like work, if you have anything that might keep you away from the linkshell, notify a Sackholder, or a leader and let them know that your RL isnt helping you atm, we'll gladly permit you to stay away from the game for abit, always keep your RL ahead of your videogames.
Also note that some of these rules are subject to change when necessary.

we're going to start the events again following a schedule for them.
first of all this is going to be the schedule, contains 5 events / week :

Sunday : Einherjar Followed by Abysea
Monday : Dynamis
Tuesday : Limbus + Sea Jailers
Wednesday : Einherjar Followed by Abysea
Thursday : Dynamis

-Events can be lead by any regular member IF no sacks were on (which can happen rarely), but always there will be a sack or two that will lead the events.,
-Skipping events, we can forgive you if you couldnt make events for rl issues, we wont sit there and force everyone to play the game, but if it happened more than 2 times a week, it will cause the member in getting a warning, and if happened and got another warning again and again he will end up being in a bad situation.

-we as a sacks and leaders, have talked together about a good and flexible time for the events so everyone from both EU's and NA's can be there, so we managed
to have the events times at --7PM GMT-- , so it wont be any late or too early for everyone.

last thing id like to add, i hope to see you guys working more hard together as a team, to accomplish and get everyone his needs in game.
