    internet choking up lately.

    Greetings,

    Lately Ive noticed my dsl is choking up in some areas, especially youtube videos. A speed test shows that my speed is what its supposd to be, but something isnt right.

    My question is could a bad filter or missing filter somewhere be causing this? After painting our office and resetting up everything, when I was done I had a spare dsl filter that I just put aside. Wondering if that could be it?

    Anyways, you can try to put the filter on but even w/ my $5,000 PC and a 30mb/s down-4mb/s up connection youtube lags, so yeah..
