you're fine, it just relocated some sectors. for some reason a lot of software complains about that, but unless it's doing thousands and thousands of sectors it's nothing to worry about.
It was actually a generic S.M.A.R.T. error, I just ran crystaldisk to figure out what exactly was wrong. Said 2 bad sectors. So I'm guessing it's OK until I start losing more sectors? I'm backing up my photos now just in case. It's all that's really important.
I have one 750gb seagate drive that reallocated like 200 sectors and windows and ubuntu always complains about it saying a hard drive could be failing. I called seagate though and they said it has literally millions of sectors it can reallocate and it's fine. been running for 2 years since with no problem.
