Looking for call recording softwares

OK I am looking for 2 call recording programs (Not for illegal stuff, just have problem with appartment boss, so I wanna protect myself)

1) A call recorder for Skype on MAC I know call recording exist but trying to find a free one

2) A call recorder for Iphone ( I tried 2 of em, but either they limit me to 30min free or they try to call a long distance number in USA to record my calls)

Anyone can help?

All you need in a cord that connects your cell phone to your PC, and record the line in.

I dont have a phone all I have is the Iphone4

So I want to be able to record on the phone incase i'm not at home and don't have a PC close

If you're trying to record a conversation to "protect" yourself in court after the fact. In some states it is 100% illegal to record a conversation and submit it as evidence if the other person has not been notified that the line is being taped during the call.

There isn't a free one for an iphone that hasn't been jailbroken, and the ones you can pay for ALL notify the other person that the call is being recorded.

This is correct. Do not know how many times I am talking to a customer, they are pissed because I will not give them what they want and then they say "I am recording this call, how do you like that" "Well now ma'am/sir, since I was not notified in the beginning as you were about the call being recorded, I now have to release the call, thank you and have a great day" *click* pisses them the hell off lulz

In these 12 states, everyone on the call needs to know that they are being recorded:

California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington

The rest of the states only one person needs to know. Same goes for Canada and many other countries.

If you leave the recording software running and somebody borrows your phone to make a call then you've broken the law.

Apple does make it tough to create a recording app. Our company is Call Trunk, and we're currently going through the Apple store review process (already have our app available for Android and BB).

You can record a phone call on your iphone using Call Trunk now, but you need to launch the call from the web -- either your PC or your iphone browser. You start the call from the web, and a call is made to both your phone and the destination phone, the call is bridged and a recording is saved. Cloud-based, free for the first 25 minutes.
