Theyre sectionized into typically 3 single floor apartments. I live on the first floor of a brownstone, I used to live on the second floor of a brownstone, theyre all over my neighborhood. It's a cosby house.

Basement is not typically a floor that is lived in. First floor has backyard, second floor has a terrace if it's set up right.

42nd and 5th is my neighborhood but on the super mexican side of things. It's not bad though, I like the apartments there and you're 2 blocks from the best taco joint in the world.
