I'm too lazy to translate everything, but basically a couple of newcomers to a city near me were watching tv when they heard someone turn the door knob. Husband went to check, openened the door and saw a dog hanged with a coat hanger. It wasn't their dog, they didn't know anybody in that town, so it's a very gratuitous act.

I just don't get wtf.
