So I'm going to be traveling between China and the States for work for the next couple of months, and I need a good proxy to bypass the Great Firewall of China. Was thinking about setting up a VPN on my home computer and get on the web through that, but then I realized how much the electricity is going to cost, not to mention how slow it'll be since my desktop is old as fuck.
Does anyone have a good private proxy service to recommend? Best if it's not just a web proxy, but a dedicated IP/port etc.

found two rather professional looking services: Witopia ($69/yr) and 12VPN ($119/yr)
anyone has any experience with either of them?

OverplayVPN has been great for me. I'm in the middle east for the summer and watch netlfix all the time. Sure i can't stream in HD or anything, but better than nothing. $10 a month.
