Ok title seems strange so here goes.
I'm trying to skate latly, and it goes well, but after maybe 30-45min of skating i feel like i have no force left in my feets and (hard to explain in english) but lets try google translate for that part)
So what happens is that my feet tilt on the oposite direction so much that my the side of my skate almost touch the ice.
So i'm looking for some exercise to have more force in my legs/feets to be able to skate longer.
P.S before people ask yes i already hit it with a water bottle.
