Errors when reactivating a FFXI account.

Sooo..Woke up to my POL having no active content IDs yesterday for no reason. I have 2 POL accounts linked to 1 SE account (both using the same payment methods). For some reason my main character's Content IDs got deactivated while my mules (on the seperate POL account) stayed activated. I can log into playonline just fine but when I go to click play it says I have no content IDs.

I tried multiple times trying to reactivate them on the site. It gives you different payment methods and I've tried the clickandbuy account that I've been using, and getting error code 105. When I try using direct credit card payments (tried multiple cards) and I get error code 601. I tried looking on the SE support center but nothing there helped (and I know I'm not doing anything wrong on my end).

Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it?

Funny, same thing is happening to me right now. I shut down my pc last night before bed. Woke up today, go to log in, and POL is normal. First account says no id so I go to SE account and reactivate. Re-open POL and none of my character information is saved. One says Guest, other just has weird symbols. I'll try to re-enter my info and login.

I just deleted my saved POL info and re-entered it. When I tried to login, instead of it being the 2 accounts I entered, it was a duplicate of one. After I deleted one of them, I get this below. Don't really know what to think right now.

Edit: Now every time I go to open POL, it just freezes. Excellent.

uninstall POL and reinstall it?

I downloaded my content from amazon.com. If I uninstall, not sure how I'd reinstall, unless you can instal POL from their website, which I haven't checked.

This has been popping up lately and the only way that I've heard to fix it is do a fresh install of the game.

damn that sucks. not sure how i'd go about that. may just give up.

Cant you just uninstall and reinstall pol? (without uninstalling FFXI?)

Thats really weird. I believe I found out my problem (my credit card company thought someone else was using my card) and stopped paying clickandbuy. I'll find out later today for sure. I really hope that whole playonline thing doesn't happen to me............that'd suck.
