Attention Midgardsormr Veterans (Kahsuan)

As FFXIV comes closer, a few older players from Midgardsormr, including myself have recently been active back in FFXI (though our server is now Quezacotl) to try and find as many of the older faces as possible to bring them with us all on one server.

Now most of us are going into the new server with our previous LSes intact, or at least a portion of that LS is going to stick together inside the new game, but that is a fact that I both understand and embrace.

I simply wish as many old Midgard players that would recognize LS names like PhoenixDown, Valor, Pandavas, Paradise Oblivion, Avail, Rzeero, Esoteric, and so forth (and even newer players that don't), to just be on the same server as the rest of us, Kashuan.

Bring your entire LS, bring those guys you still talk to on AIM from FF11, bring some friends who didn't even play 11, bring whoever you like, but lets just try and make this new server as much fun as Midgard was to us way back in the day.

All I ask is to be able to run by some old faces in town and give a nice wave, the way we did it so many years ago.

I'm not playing FFXIV, but the rest of my old LS (KoolAid, Midgardsormr) is. They've all gone to Selbina server and the LS name is the same.

LS site is still at http://www.koolaid-ffxi.org/linkshell/space/start (it's been up since early 2003). Mesxiah Midgard (shellholder in XI) is still the shellholder in XIV, and they're recruiting.

KoolAid was founded in FFXI beta and was active on Midgardsormr from 2003-2009 (was the beaten finalist on the server in Ballista Royale in 2005). Members from the XI version now in XIV on Selbina include Myrle, Remus, Koptamizo, Orihcos, Ianetsu, Pug, Pidge, Naria, and Fastcart.

They're a good crowd and will be running regular events etc.
