none whatsoever. Dragon is the top of the top, its expensive but you can get a very high accuracy rating very very quickly. version 11 / 11.5 is optimized for multi-core as well. just make sure you stay within you field, otherwise it wont know shit.

Dragon Basic - letters to grandma, basic stuff only
Dragon Preferred - school notes, no set subject, more random
Dragon Premium - more in depth notes, light business terms, nothing huge
Dragon Professional - business professionals who need a lot more detail, basically any huge job that isnt legal or medical. This version and onwards has a hidden mode where dragon hides in the background and lets you input text into any text field as well as use commands and macros such as open browser, insert template, send email to X
Dragon Legal - lawyers and legal students, authors writing law books (Ive sold copies to the authors who ghost write john grisham novels)
Dragon Medical Practice Edition - all doctors and medical professionals (and authors) who are in the medical field and not in radiology which has its own version

you can get basic for super cheap these days, tiger direct and newegg sell the bottom two copies for 20-50 dollars randomly. Premium onward have a much larger price scale, starting at 200, 600, 800, then 1600 respectively. The radiology version starts at 40k though, and requires a quad core for basic usage, dual quad or hexa core for proper usage. Its optimized to server grade CPUs.

Professional it is. Is basic still decent to start with at least? It'll take me a couple of weeks to be comfortable enough to drop 600 on this, even though it's probably going to pay itself off within the month (plus my wrist is getting sore from this shit kinda.)
