Funny anime? (To keep me from crying b/c of disaster in rl)

OK. I know this would seem like a odd request, but..

Do people know of some funny anime that maybe I could find on Crunchyroll, Netflix or Hulu? I know about Slayers and do plan on watching that..Oh and I DO have access to a paid account on CR.

If you're morbidly curious, I'm trying to keep my mind off the fact that Mom very likely has cancer, for the SECOND time. (Don't have the biopsy back yet, but baseball sized lump in her colon does mean yikes!) Don't want to worry myself into a frazzle, and I don't think you can hit that with a water bottle.

I know you said Anime, but if you want something funny and light hearted. I'd suggest watching Archer.

Sometimes it tries too hard, and you'll just not find some of the stuff funny, but at least once an episode you'll laugh pretty hard at least one joke.

Streamed is the most available (I have access to netflix streaming and also that paid account on CR) but downloadable as in fansubs is fine too. Sadly since the Blockbuster near us closed there isn't much to actually rent anime at.
