I see people running around with "moogle" weapons. Are these guys legacy or is there some place to get them? Also, how do I get the:

Moogle weapons aren't available in 2.0 yet, they will be at 2.1 though.

Also. I have the Darklight sword and shield which are drops from Wanderer's Palace and they have +1 on every stat over the ones you've listed.
Since WP is so easy, just go with those

Many items are legacy only right now (and may stay that way). I haven't seen Blessed/Mages's/Explorer (the DD gear)/etc. drop anywhere yet and if you see those it's likely Legacy players.

Given their weird iLvls (52) and the fact that despite not being untradable, are untradable, I'm guessing they're just forgetting about explorer/mage/etc.
WP drops are superior to them anyway so it's not like anyone's gonna miss them (the jewelery has to be replaced by AK stuff tho, or DL).
