Is Wanion belt still good?

I mostly play nuking jobs, but is wanion belt better than aswang sash, and is it still the best for any WSs on blu, mnk, or thf?

It still probably beats that for most nukes. However there are also Maniacus Sash, Othila Sash, and Oneiros Sash that have more mab than aswang too... Well it's still best I think for cdc and evis but those aren't the best ws for blu and thf respectively so yeah. Think windbuffet is best for shinjin
