    Any lawyers/people familiar with law/aren't as ignorant as me?

    Dad is in a jam somewhat and I was hoping to get some decent insight on how I can help him handle his situation. I'd rather not post but PM with someone who knows law/is more familiar with law then I am or just a straight up lawyer.
