    ACN Unlimited High Speed Internet

I'm moving soon so I need to get a new Internet connection, currently I'm with Rogers(live in Canada). With the "unlimited" package I have, the reality is it's capped @60gb/month, which is shit really.............

So, I have a friend who's currently become part of ACN, she wants me to sign up through her for their phone/Internet package, she claims that the High Speed Unlimited package is really unlimited, I have a hard time believing this however, I've read here before how everything is capped in Canada, and there is no true "unlimited".

I've been to their site and haven't been able to find anything yet, will look it up as well, just wondering if anyone's had any experience with them.

If you have a 60Gb limit, you are definitely not on an unlimited package and you've been on that internet package for years, as 60Gb is the grandfathered version of their current 80GB package.

Unlimited is an option you can add, but that cost depends on if you have their cable and rhp services as well.

Getting upgraded to the 80GB version of your current package will cost you about $3.50(you'll have to exchange your modem for a newer one, and this is the modem cost difference), and you will probably see some faster speeds as well.

Even 80GB isn't that much, which is why I was asking if their unlimited is truly "unlimited", but thank you for the info

It technically has a limit(if you were to log into your account and check it), but it's so high... not even all the members of BG combined could exceed it.

Since you're in Canada, look if Teksavvy is available in your area. Been with them for a few months and I'm happy. Much better prices / packages than the big guys; mine is $40+tax a month for 20 Mbps & 150 GB cap. At the time I did the switch, Videotron was charging me $60/month for 10 Mbps and something like 30 GB (though their packages have improved a lot since)

Note: if you go on their site to search if the service is available in your area, make sure you change the province in the upper right corner otherwise you may get no results.

I've only ever been with Videon/Shaw for high speed, so I can't comment others but Shaw has been solid for me.

Currently paying $80/month for a 50Mbps line with a 400GB (cap is actually more like 420GB). First time subscribers get the plan for half price for a couple months I think. Same with their slower plans.

I use vmedia. They've been pretty good for me. I have the internet through cable from them, so anywhere that you can get cable internet should work in Ontario I think. $40/month, and unlimited. I got my TV through them as well. It's nice keeping the tv/internet bill under $70 lol.

you can get bell unlimited for 10$ a month if you have tv and phone with them as well. it is truly unlimited, i have it and i abuse the fuck out of it. if you don't have a bundle you have to pay $30 for unlimited. i'm on the 15/1 package (15mb up/1mb down). in the cities you can get up to 60/5 i think?
