Random Question: Does snapshot have a cap?

Like the title says, does snapshot have a cap similar to haste? The reason I am asking is I am trying to manage my inventory, and right now I have ~33% in snapshot gear, some of which I have only because of snapshot such as an augmented Skopos Jerkin and an Aurore Beret. If I can only get 26% similar to haste, I could drop those two pieces for +2 inventory.

The cap on snapshot, should it exist, is higher than 33%. I believe Byrth has tested it up to 60% or something?

You should get rid of the Skopos and Aurore and get a Sylvan Gapette +2 and Sylvan Caban +2. Both of them have Snapshot +5. You can get the items for them from the login event right now. Iuitl Wristbands are good too.

I currently have Aurore Beret, Skopos Jerkin, Iuitl Wristbands, Navarch's Mantle, Impulse Belt, Navarch's Culottes +2 for snapshot.

Iuitl Wristbands are +5? The wiki has them at 10%

+5 = 10%. +1 to snapshot uses the rng merit category as the base, where +1 = 2% delay.
