reading they had to kill the driver as he was shooting and driving over people death toll is gonna be large glad he didnt blow the thing up

MSNBC saying it was a lone driver. Police were driving up to it to try to dissuade it from going where it was going and it just accelerated up.
Its messed up, tho it reminds of an incident in california

Has any news site revealed the nationality of the driver? Typically news sites get a super erection if it's a middle eastern person, yet nothing said yet.
