The American team, and JD Vance/wife got booed as well.
apparently the norovirus is going around...a bunch of Finland's women's hockey team was sick and had their 1st game postponed
an Italian woman just set the Olympic Record in the 3000m speed skating. thats gotta be an amazing feeling, especially doing it in your home country
JD's 40-deep motorcade nearly prevented American figure skater Alysa Liu from reaching her event in time to compete. She got second place.

Lindsey Vonn is skiing on a ruptured ACL which happened at a World Cup race before the Olympics. She completed a second training run today and is scheduled to compete in the women's downhill tomorrow.
I would like to try whatever she is on. ^^;

Downhill skiing has a crotch-cam.
The drones are SO ANNOYING!!
If I can hear it on TV you know the skiers can.
Well the worst has happened for Lindsey Vonn.
Horrific crash just seconds into her run. She was going all out after the start and after going around a gate somehow caught big air and landed awkwardly on both legs and tumbled over and over. When they got to her you could hear her yelling out in pain. They had to air lift her out with max precautions. There was a course hold for like 20 minutes. I felt sick to my stomach.
Amount of people being shit bags is ridiculous too. "She took someone's shot" no she didn't you morons that's not how the Olympics work. She qualified on a torn ACL.
Just a horrific turn of events for her to clip the flag and get tossed. More like a freak accident.
And good for Alyssa, she had an incredible routine.
If you want to see hilarity in a bad way, look at our bobsled team. They wiped out, and the running joke on social media right now from other countries is "team USA needs to learn to fight ice better".
