so much this. i rarely eat fast food anymore and while i never really feel great, i feel much worse on the occasions i do have fast food.

so much grease, salt, fat, sugar, and chemicals. very hard on the guts.

For awhile Wendy's had a maple bacon chicken sammich that worked great with their spicy chicken.

The Habit has a pretty good one though the chicken itself isn't spicy instead they have this pepper cream sauce on it
