So I was browsing Zam! looking for which zone's currency Spharai requires, when I saw some posts by this guy. He claims he has the Spharai and has made a big long post about them, claiming they allow him to out-damage post-patch RNG (lol), Pull hate from PLD (lol), and that they are faster than every other weapon (lol).
Oh, he also says he has a Vulcan's Ring for WS (lol).

Wanna know whether this guy actually has... anything...
