QFT. I got up on Sunday and celebrated because we had lost the AC overnight.

It's hilarious to see the triforce of shit servers (Asura, Remora, Hades) lose the AC over and over and over again. From FFXIclopedia:

* Asura [10] - 9/15/06 to Undead Swarm (19:00 CDT)
Data: 4 Generals present at start. Undead just too strong.
->AC finally recovered 227 hours later. 9/24/06

* Remora [11] - 9/21/06 to Trolls (~17:00 CDT)
Data: Trolls were only at level 3. Mammol Ja invaded less than 8 hours prior to the trolls
and claimed 3 generals prisoner. Less than 150 defended Al Zahbi.

* Remora [12] - 9/29/06 to Undead Swarm (5:08 CDT)
Data: The Rolling Bones were only at level 4. Less than 250 people defended with 5 generals.
Once the charms and gas started coming, it was a matter of time. Took undead less than 3 minutes
to claim the AC once the last general died.

* Asura [11] - 9/30/06 to Undead Swarm
Data: The Undead Swarm was at level 4. Less than 200 people in the zone to defend 5 generals.

for what its worth, Siren barely won the troll invasion this weekend. 4 of the generals dropped relatively early and I was locked onto the Mithra General near the Gate of Binding keeping her alive against V**** the Valiant and other nms for like 20 minutes. Feels like it lasted forever before they retreated. Are there new triggers to make the retreat happen? Feels like we did something supobtimal. It certainly was a close one.


And speaking as someone that doesn't play TOO much and can only squeeze in merit parties every blue moon and is often looking for something quick to do, I like Beseiged because its something I can do without having to organize others and I'm in constant need of IS and the 700 bonus is pretty nice. And the divine banish spam skillups rock too. And like trolls weekend, sometimes you do feel like extremely involved in the outcome. And if the timing is right (which is a big IF, ive only seen beseiged once in 2 weeks or so), its something you can do fast and for a short time with no preparation with an ok reward. I'm a fan for that alone.

some people care, some dont, if you dont, dont read it, if you do, its a good piece of info. Being a lakshmian I think its pretty cool there are only 2 servers left undefeated. As for lakshmi's record, if it doesnt get posted, ill check when I get home.

He just joined a HNM LS and besieged keeps happening during king times. Shit he even left BD the other day between windows when he heard 4 generals were dead. After the windows he even went out on his own to rescue some of the generals.

We've had all generals down, the doors open and mobs fighting in the AC room and they still don't take it.

Most of the people I've talked to don't care anymore. 2 hour fights of kiting impossible NM's until they give up for 700xp just isn't worth it.

JP's still care though, it's the only time you'll see them attempt to use the auto translator.

Snarg is right. The NA's don't give a damn. The JPN do and on weekends you can get to see 600+ jpn players protecting it. It's been almost six months and any fun factor has worn off. The only people who are still masterbating over the bonus are the jpn's and the die hards who EXP 50 hours a week.

Really, no one gives a shit about your record. Really.
