Anyone else here beat Yazmat and how long did it took you?

Beat this crazy thing just now. Took me 4 hours exact at level 88 straight fight, no running to the crystal. Seemed like way more than 50mil HP. Zerked Basch (Masamune + Genji gloves) and Vaan (Durandal + Strongest Shield) with me controlling Ashe on the side mostly healing, keeping berserk/decoy up and swinging a few times with Tournesol.

Anyone else here beat this crazy thing? And what time/setup?

is it safer to NOT use Reverse for Yazmat?

simply due to the fact of it being terrible at sticking and inconsistent in duration it just has all the formula of being entirely unreliable.

in my JP playthrough

Vaan: Ultima Weapon
Ashe: Masamune
Penelo: Staff of the Magi

took me 4hours also, was controlling Penelo so she wouldn't get hit by AoE


you don't need to use Reverse+Decoy untill he starts attacking really fast (does like 13hit combos) which is around the 30% mark. if you don't use it, you'll be dead pretty quickly
